Firstly, we want you to know that we completely love what we have created for you, and we want to make sure you completely love it too.
That’s why we’ve created a policy with you in mind.
Being Swimwear, the safety of all of our community is our priority, and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept, and do not provide, any returns, exchanges credits or refunds for:
- Bodysuits
- Swim Bottoms
- One-Pieces
We also cannot accept and do not provide, any returns, exchanges credits, or refunds for any sale items.
For all other items, we will happily provide a credit note, equivalent to the purchase amount, provided the following criteria is met:
- The item is returned within 3 days of purchase
- The item is in its original condition, unworn with all original attachments, labels and tags intact
- A receipt and proof of purchase has been provided
Please note. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for items returned to us with make-up/tan marks.
All credit notes will be provided in the form a gift card, to be used within 12 months of issuance.
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
Refunds:
We treat every order with care, and each item is carefully inspected to ensure its condition before it is carefully packed and sent to our customers. In the extremely unlikely event you have received a faulty item, or an item that is not as advertised, we will happily provide you with a full refund on the purchase cost.
For refund processing:
Please notify us of a fault within 3 days of delivery by providing a detailed description of the fault, along with pictures as proof via email to dani@vylvetswim.com
Please include an image of your postage receipt in your email.
Our friendly care team will assess your fault and respond to you within 24 – 48 hours. Upon acceptance, we will process your refund. It may take 5 -7 days for your funds to appear in your account.
